We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders below this amount, a flat rate applies based on your location. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
How do I process a return or exchange?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Simply visit our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Where are your garments manufactured?
Henne is committed to ethical production. Our collections are designed in Australia and crafted by boutique manufacturers in China and India who adhere to strict fair-labor certifications.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed size guide and fit notes. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for our tailored pieces or sticking to your true size for knitwear.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
