At Henne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 21 days of delivery for all full-priced items in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated collection point, keeping your tracking number for reference until your refund is processed.
